Incentive Program

Mini Cooper needed to drive participation in a new sales incentive program. We helped create a quarterly plan that would reward associates for their extra efforts. In this case… associates were asked to put the puzzle together, answer the questions, and to login to the MINI intranet. Selected winners received additional sales rewards.
