Brand Revitalization

Our challenge was to increase sales to make Mother’s Cookies more attractive for acquisition within 24 months. Our research indicated that customers couldn’t easily find product on the shelf, and even loyal customers had awareness of only two items out of 80+ SKUs. We reconfigured the design to reflect their rich equity and introduced a new shelving program that made the shopping experience cleaner and simpler. Sales increased by 28%. Acquisition accomplished.
